The Sales Team

It is beneficial to have sales experience should you wish to directly enter this role. We offer intensive training in energy sales should we feel you have the qualities to deliver in our sales team. Although advantageous to have previous experience, it is not essential. If being a sales executive is a career you would like to pursue then we will help you get there. Initially, we will introduce telephone training within the lead generation team. Whilst in this trainee role, you will learn about the demands and needs of our clients, the fluctuations within the energy market and the services Utility Bidder offer. When you have the knowledge and the confidence we will train you to become a successful sales consultant.

Training Coordinator

Utility Bidder have been established for 10 years, and we are a top 10 UK energy broker with a five-star reputation for customer satisfaction. Our clients are mainly small to medium businesses and our suppliers include British Gas, EDF, Opus Energy and Eon.

We are currently looking to complement our Learning and Development Team in our Head Office support function by recruitment a Training Coordinator. The successful candidate will be committed to providing training support whilst maintaining an updated database for all employees and identifying skills or knowledge gaps. 

Working here is like no other ordinary boring 9-5 job. It’s the best place I have ever worked at. My role is in sales and I just love being within the sales team. The Lead Generation Team

The new business team is responsible for identifying business prospects, gaining the correct information and generating new sales leads.

By ascertaining business details we are then able to identify energy solutions for UK businesses. Speaking directly to the decision maker of the business, it is key to possess a professional telephone manner. Data input, managing data efficiently and follow up email communication are the main aspects of the role therefore it is advantageous to be proficient in MS office packages.

I like working here because there are fantastic incentives.
