Job Title: IT Support Apprentice
Reporting to: Ric Chapman
Salary Package/benefits: £ TBC (Depending on experience)
Pension Scheme – Following a qualifying period of 3 month’s continuous employment.

The IT Support Apprentice will look to provide a high level of customer satisfaction to our user base, support technologies and continually look for ways to promote, enhance and support them.
Your enthusiasm will be obvious to all those around you as you help to grow and support our internal desktops, networks and various other technical platforms. As your time progresses with us, we’ll look to expose you to an array of technologies both on-premise and cloud. You will be a thoughtful member with the ability to take part in a growing technical environment where everyone is heard.

Skills and Qualification Requirements
The following is a minimum required technical skill set:
- Experience using Microsoft Windows
- Microsoft Office applications and services
- Google services
- Support desk ticketing systems
- ICT Qualification
The post holder must be resourceful, have strong personal motivational skills, be a relationship builder with excellent communications skills; incorporating an involved approach with the determination to succeed and have the aptitude to react quickly to given situations. The capacity to interact at all levels with the willingness to be flexible is essential to success in this role. The post holder must have an approachable and open nature to ensure ‘buy-in’ to the Sales function is consistent across the Company.
In general, the post holder should be of smart, presentable appearance and must feel comfortable working in a high pressure, ever-changing and customer driven environment. The post holder should be highly committed and be able to seek improvement continually. The post holder should have the ability to develop beyond this role and respond positively to growth within the Company.
