Krishan’s key objective when consulting is to establish a full understanding of how the business operates, what’s important and what pains it has. He then looks at the current solution in place identifying its strengths/weaknesses and the current purpose and objectives. As UB’s large usage business specialist, Krishan will look at an array of products that we and suppliers offer and ensure Krishan delivers the solution that best supports the business on its objectives and growth strategy.
