Working alongside our MD, Chris helps oversee all business operations and ensures Utility Bidder continues to meet its ambitious goals and expansion plans. He also works hard to ensure the team build relationships that make a positive difference to our customers’ businesses.

Mark supports Utility Bidder’s strategic and tactical planning and decision making. He ensures all our business processes are in line with our high-quality standards and ethics so that trust and transparency is the foundation of all that we do.

Mark keeps the company’s many turning parts in motion, specifically transitions between our Lead Generation and Sales Departments. The Utility Bidder team has the latest market intelligence which Mark ensures is passed on to our customers.

Andrew helps provide fully blended learning and development opportunities through our CUBE training centre. Our consultants are equipped with the necessary industry and sector knowledge to drive our expertise and build trusted and lasting customer partnerships.

Madeleine and her team ensure that Utility Bidder’s many achievements and awards are publicised. She is also responsible for developing our growing partnership stream and maintaining all our communication tools such as the website and social media channels.

Dawn is responsible for controlling the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s CRM and communications strategy and systems. She also introduces and maintains appropriate data security, to support the business objectives of Utility Bidder.

Lisa is responsible for the company accounting and regulatory compliance.

Abi and her admin team check the accuracy of contracts and issue invoices, maintain sales records, and create monthly sales reports and liazing with other departments.

James Longley, Managing Director, supports the continuous growth of Utility Bidder and overseeing business operations.

Alexia Roberts is Head of People at Utility Bidder and helps business growth by support our employees by promoting our positive company culture.

As the new National Key Account Manager at Utility Bidder, Krishan proactively manages our high-value clients, working alongside our procurement teams, customer services, service delivery and more. Krishan completes a deep learning process to understand client needs within procurement, portfolio management, risk strategies, renewable solutions and compliance to meet your business’s carbon net zero goals.

Krishan’s key objective when consulting is to establish a full understanding of how the business operates, what’s important and what pains it has. He then looks at the current solution in place identifying its strengths/weaknesses and the current purpose and objectives. As UB’s large usage business specialist, Krishan will look at an array of products that we and suppliers offer and ensure Krishan delivers the solution that best supports the business on its objectives and growth strategy.
