Chief Financial Officer
Mark supports Utility Bidder’s strategic and tactical planning and decision making. He ensures all our business processes are in line with our high-quality standards and ethics so that trust and transparency is the foundation of all that we do.
Head of Operations
Mark keeps the company’s many turning parts in motion, specifically transitions between our Lead Generation and Sales Departments. The Utility Bidder team has the latest market intelligence which Mark ensures is passed on to our customers.
Head of Learning & Development
Andrew helps provide fully blended learning and development opportunities through our CUBE training centre. Our consultants are equipped with the necessary industry and sector knowledge to drive our expertise and build trusted and lasting customer partnerships.
Head of Marketing
Madeleine and her team ensure that Utility Bidder’s many achievements and awards are publicised. She is also responsible for developing our growing partnership stream and maintaining all our communication tools such as the website and social media channels.
Head of IT
Dawn is responsible for controlling the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s CRM and communications strategy and systems. She also introduces and maintains appropriate data security, to support the business objectives of Utility Bidder.
Lisa is responsible for the company accounting and regulatory compliance.

National Key Account Manager
As the new National Key Account Manager at Utility Bidder, Krishan proactively manages our high-value clients, working alongside our procurement teams, customer services, service delivery and more. Krishan completes a deep learning process to understand client needs within procurement, portfolio management, risk strategies, renewable solutions and compliance to meet your business’s carbon net zero goals.
Krishan’s key objective when consulting is to establish a full understanding of how the business operates, what’s important and what pains it has. He then looks at the current solution in place identifying its strengths/weaknesses and the current purpose and objectives. As UB’s large usage business specialist, Krishan will look at an array of products that we and suppliers offer and ensure Krishan delivers the solution that best supports the business on its objectives and growth strategy.
