Location: Manchester

Job Type: Permanent – Monday to Friday 37.5 hours

Job Role:

As a Customer Services Administrator, you’ll be well organised and have great attention to detail. You’ll be a people person, a great communicator and confident to build relationships with colleagues and customers. Working alongside the Customer Service Manager you’ll improve and develop our approach to dealing with customers through all the touch points. You will ensure we are always focused on making things simple for the customer and handling queries and problems in the best way all whilst maintaining and updating our CRM system.

Job Description:

  • Dealing with high volume inbound customer service calls. You’ll be a champion for taking a customer-focused approach and get stuck into handling queries as well as working with colleagues to get the best resolution.
  • Inputting customer data into the CRM system to make sure we store and are using the best information to make decisions.
  • Tracking queries and monitoring our performance against KPIs so we can measure how we’re doing, see the patterns and gain great insight.
  • Having great relationships with colleagues in the team and other departments and having access to accurate data and customer reviews
  • You will be able to identify process improvements and support change initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Have high attention to detail and keen to provide an effortless customer experience in every transaction.
  • You’ll have above-average customer skills and will have previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be able to step up to the challenges of working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and developing organisation.
  • Be an excellent communicator, bringing your personality to work and interacting with people on a human level.
  • Motivation and a positive attitude are key to this role.
  • Know your way around a computer and be comfortable with new solutions that could enhance our ways of working.
  • Initiative and a desire to learn & grow with the business.
  • Able to work autonomously.
