Job Description:
- Making high volume, outbound calls to warm leads provided to you to qualify customers for our services.
- Building rapport with our customers and provide them with a first-class service
- Update our CRM system with accurate account management data.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI’s.
- Achieve and maintain appropriate compliance standards.
- Working with the team to create a great place to work.
Job Requirements:
- Experience of delivering telephone based first class customer service or sales.
- Ideally you’ll have experience within a B2B environment.
- Experience of handling objections, ability to understand and promptly respond to customer needs.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with bags of energy.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
- Accurate, with a thorough approach and attention to detail.
- You’ll know your way around a computer.
- Initiative and a desire to be the best version of yourself.
- A collaborator, team worker and effective communicator.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure.
