Sales Quality Control Administrator
Permanent – Mon to Fri 37.5 hours per week
Salary £18,000 per annum (DOE) plus bonus after qualifying period

 

The Role

Due to continued growth we are looking for a Sales QC Administrator to join us on our exciting journey and the opportunity to work for an award-winning energy broker in our Head Office in Corby, providing a Consultancy service for SME’s to benefit from the most competitive energy tariffs with various energy suppliers. Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager you will be responsible for making sure all contracts submitted through to the Admin Team from the Sales Teams are correct and to return to be amended if not. To ensure all contracts submitted to the suppliers are accurate, meet the supplier’s criteria and are delivered on time. The Sales Quality Control Administrator is also responsible for maintaining up to date knowledge on all relevant criteria and processes. You will quality check calls and help the sales teams to resolve their returns and related queries particularly in relation to pricing matters. You will be comfortable liaising with energy suppliers, sub brokers to reach a satisfaction conclusion in a timely manner and working to tight deadlines.

Skills and Qualification Requirements

·        Confident, with good written and verbal communication skills

·        Have a methodical approach and a sharp eye for detail

·        Ability to balance priorities and to deliver a high level of customer service

·        Good numeric and computer skills including basic Excel, Word and Microsoft outlook

·        Ability to work within a team environment and alone when necessary

·        Committed to helping with the growth of the company and to improve the customer experience
