To provide day to day transactional analysis and support to the Sub-Broker Channel Manager and the Sub-Broker portfolio.

Job Description:
- Manage and resolve sub-broker queries after onboarding – This includes training based on trend analysis, using Excel to gather data and produce training packs
- Quality checking sub broker deals – Using Salesforce to capture and gather historic data which will build up trends and help us utilise tools to support the strive for a high RFT result
- Right First Time (RFT) checks
- Providing after sales support
- Process bespoke requests from Sub-Brokers
- Support with all sub-broker returns & objections
- Conducting Pre-Credit checks
- Reporting on broker quality KPIs
- Audits on brokers who have over 6 months tenure with UB
Job Requirements:
- A passion for high quality customer service
- Organised. attentive and assertive
- Proficient Microsoft skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Desirable Power BI skills
- Knowledge of the energy sector
- Minimum of 12 months administration and analytic experience
